The items are shipped from Mexico City, for local purchases please allow a week including working days to receive your item.
We do international shipments under request, Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with info about the item, your name and full address to give you an estimated cost and time of delivery. After agreeing on purchase the price of the item will be updated for international shipment with the new amount.
Once the item is shipped, a tracking number is provided, Circle Lab is not responsible for any lost or missing items.

Unless you contact and request insurance prior purchase with an additional cost, packages are by default uninsured. Circle Lab is not responsible for any lost, damaged or missing items. We care to bring the best at all times.
Returns and exchanges
All Items are final sale, in case of any damage items please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days. Based on the problem we can offer exchange for another item. In case of wrong size Most of our items are one size or vintage so it is important to make sure you choose the right size. Please refer to the info on each item before purchasing.
In case of exchange, the item must be returned in the original packaging and in perfect condition. Payments for shipping and insurance if it is included in the returns process cannot be refunded. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping on both ends.
